Pouring water colours in liquid state, or how the real quality is born

Occasionally Schmincke is asked, which production method is most favourable for manufacturing water colours. One of those is a plain pressing of colour cords with subsequent cutting and packing in pans. Schmincke practises, however, the uniquely traditional liquid pouring of water colours in pans that is carried out sequentially four times.
