Information
Hazard notes
  • Shake before use
  • The product is ready to use but can be diluted with water if necessary
  • Apply quickly with a suitable varnish brush at room temperature only to a completely dry paint layer (after about 3 days for thinly applied acrylic paints and 1 to 2 weeks for impasto paints).
  • If possible, only apply to slightly absorbent substrates; on absorbent substrates, the varnish may sink in and require repeated application. [Caution! The first layer of varnish will be dissolved again when a second layer is applied].
  • Clean tools with soap and water immediately after use.
  • The usual layer thickness of varnish has no significant influence on the UV resistance of the paint layer. We therefore strongly recommend working with high-quality, lightfast acrylic paints right from the start.
  • Close the container immediately after use.
  • Store in a cool, dry place and protected from frost
  • Not recommended for exterior use
  • Individual pre-tests are recommended (see footnote)
